  • 4 matskedar Old El Paso™ Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
  • 1 matsked olivolja
  • 1 lök, hackad
  • 2 röda paprikor, urkärnade och skivade
  • 1 grön paprika, urkärnad och skivad
  • 1 x 425 g burk Black Beans (230 g avrunna), sköljda
  • 200 g vitkål, finskuren


  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat and fry the onion and pepper for 5 minutes. Stir often. Add the black beans, spice mix and 2 tablespoons of water. Stir-fry for another 1 minute.
